What If There Is an Issue with The Products?
If the Item/Items, you have received have been damaged or broken in delivery you may return it to us for an exchange. You have 7 days from receiving the product, within which time you must make contact with us . You may be required to send us detailed photos and if this item is deemed as Damaged/Broken then we will ask for you to send it back to us at which point the replacement Items will be sent.
Replacement eggs will be sent if fertility shows less than 50% at day 10 of candling, Please contact us to discuss this first, to help insure a good fertility rate we always include extra eggs free of charge.
The postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.
